水泥工业职业技术教育的现状及发展策略

摘　　要：作为产量世界第一的我国水泥工业,无论是国企还是民企均存在技术应用型人才短缺的问题。现有的水泥工业职业院校在课程设置、知识结构、师资水平、实习实训方面均不能完全满足企业的需求。实行校企合作、引进工程师和技师上讲台、打造优质的"双师"型教师队伍,是实现水泥行业的职业技术教育改革与发展的根本途径。Chinese cement industry, with the number one output in the world, exists the prob- lem of lack of applied talents no matter in state-owned enterprises or private enterprises. The existing cement industry occupation academy cannot meet the needs of enterprises in the as- pects of curriculum offering, knowledge structure, the level of the teachers and the practical training. Implementation of school-enterprise cooperation, the introduction of engineers and technicians on the platform, and building up ＂double - qualified＂ teaching staff are basic way to realize the reform and development of cement industry vocational and technical education.
