摘　　要：本科毕业设计是一项理论与实践密切结合的创新活动,是培养学生创新能力的重要环节。本文对如何在毕业设计的教学环节中培养创新人才进行了探讨,从提高指导教师创新意识、增强学生创新意识、采取"双向选择"的设计选题模式及改革毕业设计指导模式四方面进行研究讨论。Undergraduate graduation design is an innovation activity of close combination of theory and practice,is the important link of cultivating students＇ innovation ability.This article discusses on how to cultivate innovative talents in the teaching process of graduation design,it conducts research and discussion from the four aspects — improving teachers＇ innovation consciousness,enhancing students＇ innovation consciousness,taking the ＂two-way selection＂ project selection model and reforming graduation design guidance mode.
