社会证书考试与自学考试的结合

摘　　要：社会证书考试作为教育考试的重要组成部分,是在学习型社会的大背景下发展起来的一种有效的继续教育考核形式,可以对相关行业从业者的技能水平或职业资格进行客观公正、科学规范的评价和鉴定。本文在对社会证书考试内涵解释和当前社会证书考试发展状况进行梳理的基础上,对大力发展社会证书考试进行了初步探讨,建议大力开拓社会证书考试市场,提供多样化的社会证书考试项目,满足社会大众继续学习的需求,使社会证书考试真正成为社会公众自我发展的有效平台。Social certificate examinations,as the important part of education examination,is an effective continuing education assessment form developing in learning type society,can objectively,fairly,scientifically and normatively assess and identify the skill level or professional qualification of related industry practitioners.This paper,on the basis of the connotation explanation of social certificate examinations and the development status of current social certificate examinations,preliminarily discusses rapid developing social certificate examinations,suggests to vigorously develop social certificate market,provide diverse social certificate examination projects to meet the needs of the masses＇ continuing learning and the improvement of labor skills,so as to make the social certificate examinations truly become the effective platform of the public＇s self development.
