摘  要:目的:对中医院校教育与传承教育模式学生批判思维能力进行比较研究,为进一步中医人才培养模式改革与完善提供客观依据。方法:采用中文版批判性思维态度倾向性调查表(CTDI-CV)对仲景学术传承班和院校教育模式中医专业学生进行调查分析。结果:仲景学术传承班学生总体CTDI-CV得(281.72±18.97)分,为正性的批判性思维态度倾向,量表各因子中得分大于40分有分析能力、寻找真相、认知成熟度、思想开放和求知欲。仲景学术传承班学生CTDI-CV总分及寻找真相、分析能力、求知欲、认知成熟度得分明显高于院校教育模式中医专业学生(P<0.05),系统化能力、自信心得分较低。结论:新型中医传承人才培养模式更有利于学生批判思维能力的培养。Objective:To compare students′ critical thinking ability of traditional Chinese medicine colleges education and inheritance education mode,in order to provide objective basis for further TCM training model reform and improvement.Methods:Students of TCM majors of Zhongjing′s academic inheritance class and college education mode were investigated applying Chinese version of critical thinking disposition inventory(CTDI-CV).Results:CTDI-CV overall score of Zhongjing academic inheritance class students was(281.72 ± 18.97) points,and they were positive critical thinking attitude tendency.scores of each factor in CTDI-CV more than 40 points were analysis ability,seeking the truth,cognitive maturity,open-minded and intellectual curiosity.Scores of CTDI-CV,seeking the truth,analysis ability,intellectual curiosity,and cognitive maturity of students in Zhongjing academic inheritance class were significantly higher than that of Chinese medicine profession students of the college education pattern(P0.05),but the systematic capacity and self-confidence score were low.Conclusion:The new TCM heritage personnel training mode is more conducive to the cultivation of students′ critical thinking ability.
