试论高校辅导员师德师风建设所蕴含的教化作用

摘　　要：随着我国高等教育的迅速发展,高等院校的招生人数逐年增加,学生思想政治教育的任务加重,辅导员工作显得日趋重要。现今高校的辅导员大部分都是刚出校门的青年人,教育工作经验不足,加强青年辅导员的师德师风建设刻不容缓。师德师风的建设对学生有教育的作用,尤其是在潜移默化中受到教师言行的影响,我们应当对其加强研究。With the rapid development of China＇s higher education, access to higher education is increasing year by year, and the task of student ideological and political education is aggravating, so counselors＇ work becomes more and more important. Most of today＇s college counselors are youth who just graduate from school , with little educational and working experience, so it is crucial to to strengthen the moral construction of young tutors. The construction of ethics of teachers affect son students, who will be especially influenced by the teacher＇s words and deeds.
