摘　　要：伦理想象是指在面临伦理困境时洞察所处情形的伦理意义,并在考虑利益相关者观点和态度的基础上提出创造性解决方案的认知过程。本文介绍了伦理想象的定义、维度及测量方法,探讨了伦理想象的影响因素及其对伦理决策的影响效应,指出了值得进一步研究的问题,强调了跨文化研究和组织学习理论对完善伦理想象研究的重要性,最后阐述了伦理想象研究对于我国管理实践的启示。Moral imagination is a cognitive process of helping individuals to gain an insight into the moral meaning of moral dilemmas, and to develop creative solutions based on taking the views and atti- tudes of stakeholders into account. This paper introduces the definition, dimensions and measurement methods of moral imagination and explores the influencing factors of moral imagination and its effects on moral decision-making. Then it points out the issues worthy of further study and places emphasis on the importance of cross-culture research and organizational learning theory to the completion of moral imagination research. Finally it states some inspirations of moral imagination research for man- agement practice in China.
