摘　　要：随着地区产业结构的不断优化调整,高新技术产业的兴起,对技术应用型人才的需求日益迫切。地方高职院校与区域产业集群的合作必将实现产业发展与人才培养的双赢,同时也是促进高职院校改革人才培养模式,提高人才培养质量的有效途径。在对高职院校专业设置与产业的相关性分析的基础上,提出专业对接产业,促进高职教育与区域经济协调发展的建议。With the Continuous optimization and adjustment of regional industrial structure,and the prosperity of high and new technology industry,the demand for technology applied talents is increasingly urgent.The cooperation between regional higher vocational colleges and regional industry cluster,will realize industrial development and cultivation of talents,also promote the reform of the personnel training mode of higher vocational colleges,and improve the talent training quality in an effective way.The author analyses the correlation between the setting up of subject and the industry,and puts forward several suggestions for the major docking industry to promote the higher vocational education and the development of regional economy.
