摘 要:针对采煤机载荷的随机性,调高机构的几何非线性以及单向信息采集的偏差.采用模糊自适应PID控制方法,实现采煤机双向截割滚筒高度的自动跟踪,给出了单向示范刀顶底板数字化模型与模糊自适应PID控制策略,在Matlab/Simulink环境下,对单向示范刀记忆模式的记忆截割曲线跟踪控制进行仿真,并给出误差曲线.仿真结果表明:下行截割曲线跟踪的综合误差近似为顶板数字化转换算法误差和控制系统跟踪误差的叠加.下行顶板数字化转换算法、控制系统算法及其综合误差满足工程要求,可为单向示范刀采煤机记忆调高系统设计提供理论基础.Based on the randomness of shearer loading, the geometrical nonlinearity of height-regulating mechanism and the deviation of single-information collection, using adaptive fuzzy PID control method, this study achieves an automatic tracking of shear bidirectional cutting drum height, and also provides a roof and floor digital model and an adaptive fuzzy PID control strategy of single demonstration cutter. In Matlab/Simulink environment, the memory cutting curves tracking control of single demonstration cutter memory patterns simulation are carded out, and the error curves are obtained. The simulation results indicate that the comprehensive error of downlink cutting curves tracking is approximate to stack of roof digital conversion algorithm error and control system tracking error. The downlink roof digital conversion algorithm and control system algorithm and their comprehensive errors meet the engineering requirements, and provide a theoretical basis for memory height adjusting system design of single demonstration cutter shearer.
