摘　　要：产业集群内的中小企业融资比单个企业融资在信息、交易成本、信贷风险等方面具有明显优势,但现实中产业集群内中小企业融资面临的主要障碍依然存在,因此文章重点从产业集群的视角提出了推动中小企业融资创新的措施和建议。Financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in industrial clusters than the single enterprise has obvious advantages in the aspects of information, transaction costs and credit risk, but the main obstacles about financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in industrial clusters still exist in reality, therefore this article puts forward measures and suggestions for financing innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises from the perspective of industrial cluster.
