摘　　要：通过对高校快乐体育的实质与特征的归纳与梳理,挖掘相互之间的联系,并结合当代大学生的发展特点,提出了在高校体育教学中,体育教师应不断改进和创造新的体育教育教学方式与方法,从学生的情感层面入手,即将快乐体育教学思路引入到高校体育教学中,使学生能够从内心接受体育教学内容,以增强学生身体素质,树立终身体育的锻炼习惯。this article through to the happy sports essence and characteristics were collected and carding, mining the inner relationship between each other, and the combination of contemporary college students~ characteristics, this paper puts forward in the universities sports teaching, physical education teachers should constantly improve and create new physical education teaching mode and method, students from the emotional aspect of the happy sports teaching method is introduced into the university sports teaching.
