摘　　要：随着全球化进程的深化和社会经济的发展,翻译人才严重短缺和不足,因此培养翻译人才成为高等教育的一个重要方面。文章重点讨论了翻译教学中文化移情意识的培养,旨在为高校翻译人才的培养和翻译课堂的改革提供一些借鉴。With the deepening of globalization and the development of social economy, the translation talents are in serious short supply. So the training of translation professionals becomes an important aspect of higher education. This essay focuses on developing awareness in cultural empathy consciousness in translation teaching. It aims at providing some suggestions to both the cultivation of translation talents for colleges and universities and the reform of the translation classroom.
