摘　　要：双乙酸钠是一种新型的多功能、绿色、高效防腐剂和食品添加剂,广泛用作粮食防霉剂、食品保鲜剂、饲料添加剂等。本文对双乙酸钠的生产和应用进行了总结,并对我国双乙酸钠产业的发展进行了预测和展望。Sodium diacetate is a new - type of multi - functional, green, efficient antiseptic and food additive with high efficiency, nontoxicity, and safety. It is widely used in grain storage, food refreshment, forage additive, and so on. In this article, product and application of sodium diacetate are reviewed. Furthermore, the research progress and development prospect of sodium diacetate in our country are prospected.
