摘 要:目的了解护理人员胜任力特征,为医院制定护理人员的在职继续教育培训方案提供参考。方法2012年5—6月,采用分层、随机、方便抽样的方法选取广州市红十字会医院的193名护理人员,应用护理人员胜任力要素量表对其进行问卷调查。结果不同工作年限的护理人员其胜任力构成要素不同。结论基于胜任力的护理人员在职继续教育培训方案可有望达到明确护士职业生涯发展的规划和要求,充分调动其自我成长的积极性,促进护理人才成长的目的。Objective To investigate nurses' competency and provide references for developing on-the-job training program of continuing education for nursing staff. Methods A total of 193 nurses were investigated with questionnaire on nurses' competency from May to June 2012 by methods of leveling, randomness and convenience sampling, and the results were analyzed. Results The competency elements of nurses with different working years were different. Conclusions 0n-the-job training program of continuing education based on nurses' competency can clarify their planning and needs of career development, and mobilize their enthusiasm of self growth, so as to promote the development of nurse talents.
