摘　　要：研究食品中灰分恒重的检测，通过提前延长恒重时间实验发现，坩埚恒重可以达到良好的效果，同时可以更好的节约时间。The food ash constant weight test, through the early extend tile constant weight time experiment found that crucible constant weight can achieve good effect, and can better save time.
