摘　　要：通过案例研究发现,教师做行动研究面临着许多困难,包括教师对研究的误解、教师对大学研究者的质疑、教师缺乏做行动研究的时间和文献图书资源的支持、教师缺乏研究方法和理论的指导、教师在研究过程中感受到压力和沮丧等。本研究提出了解决这些困难的策略。Through Case studies, this paper explores the problems teachers face when doing action research： they may misunderstand the research, mistrust university researchers, be in need of time, adequate library resources, and of theoretical and methodological guidance, and feel being pressed or frustrated. The research tries to offer strategies to solve the problems.
