论临床教学在小教本科师范生专业智能培训中的运用

摘  要:在小学教师专业化的培养过程中,主要关注对学生的理论知识和观念的改造,但实践证明这种培养模式需要通过实践的教学方法才能进一步提升他们的专业素养,才能促使他们将理论知识和观念内化为一种实践智能。临床教学观念与实施方法的提出正是针对小教本科师范生专业培养的需要,旨在解决他们如何形成教师职业意识、专业素养、实践智慧和实践效能等问题。Specialized elementary school teaching faculty education is mainly concerned about the reconstruction of the would-be teachers' theoretical knowledge and relevant concepts,involving how to improve their professional capacity while making them transform their theoretical knowledge and relevant concepts into teaching wisdom by means of teaching practice.The promulgation of clinical teaching,a new concept,and its practice in teaching are intended to satisfy the requirements put forward by the four-year future elementary school teacher development program,aiming to deal with problems faced by the would-be elementary school educators,like the development of their career awareness,professional accomplishments,teaching wisdom,and teaching effects.
