摘　　要：目的传统产前诊断依靠有创性操作，具有潜在风险。方法经过10余年的发展，利用母体外周血中胎儿遗传物质进行无创性产前诊断的技术正逐步面向临床。结论本文综述了目前较为广泛被研究的母血中的胎儿遗传物质，着重阐述了使用无创的方法获得母血中胎儿遗传物质的方法及其优缺点。After over 10 years of development the use of fetal genetic material in maternal blood for noninvasive prenatal diagnostic technique gradually applied in clinical. This article aims to review the widely studied in the fetal genetic material in maternal peripheral blood at present focusing on the advantages and disadvantages of using non-invasive method to obtain maternal peripheral blood in the fetal genetic material.
