摘　　要：在上海闹市区,明珠线二期线路将穿越已建地铁1号线上体馆车站,以实现二线站台T型换乘。项目关键是有效换乘及穿越施工方案安全可行。设置换乘自动扶梯及共享站厅层,提高换乘效率;仔细分析原车站在穿越施工中的沉降与抗沉降因素,提出多重安全措施,使穿越更有把握。In Shanghai downtown area, a new Metro line will tunnel underneath the existed station of the First Metro for 'T' change between the both Metro Lines. The key is for the change more efficiency with doable plan. A series of special measures are designed as following:1) enlarge the spacing of running tunnel lines fully at the joint to set a pair of escalator,2)take away the work shaft to avoid endangering two tall buildings near by in the west side,3)open excavate close to the existed station in the east side to provide its additional supports and to get a good place for tunnelling easily as well as to obtain a station hall shared by the both lines, 4)improve on SMW method to fit the needs of deep excavation in the site embedded a lot of obstacles, 5) analyze exactly on factor of settlement & resistance to settlement, and plan a set of safe step to make the project more surely.
