摘　　要：分析了高技师院校教育实习存在的问题之后,提出教育实习改革的思路,并给出了具体实施措施,以期改善目前教育实习质量.After analyzing the problems of educational practice in higher polytechnic normal university, the reform ideas about education practice are presented. The specific implementation measures are given in order to improve the quality of education practice at present.
