摘  要:教师群体作为学校的关键成员,在学校组织发展过程中起着极其重要的作用。教师作为一个整体而产生共同的知觉和信念,即教师集体效能对学生学业成就、教学胜任力、教师职责分析力、学校组织发展等都能产生积极效果。因此,提高教师集体效能有助于学校组织目标的实现。笔者就集体效能在教育领域的适用,选取了教师集体效能在学校组织发展中的作用及如何提高教师集体效能进行了粗浅的分析。As the key member at school,the group of teachers plays an important role in the development of school organization.Teachers as a whole team generally have common perception and belief.It means teachers’ collective efficacy can produce positive effect on the achievement of students,teaching competency of teachers,analysis ability of responsibility,development of school organization.Therefore,to improve the teachers’ collective efficacy is benefit to the realization of the goal of school organization.The thesis selects the function of teachers’ collective efficacy in the school organization and how to improve the teachers’ collective efficacy,undertook the shallow analysis on the application of teachers’ collective efficacy.
