基于山水特色型高校学生公寓的物业管理特点探析

摘　　要：具有山水特色资源的高校学生公寓的物业管理有很多不同于普通高校学生公寓的管理特点。笔者在对目前高校学生公寓管理模式分析对比后,明确提出山水特色型高校学生公寓适合采用托管型物业管理模式,在这类模式的基础上还要结合公寓的山水特点,进行学生自治组织的建设,建立人性化、网络化社区,着重配备园林绿化队伍及安保队伍的分析论断。College students apartment property management landscape features resources management characteristics of a lot different from the ordinary college student apartments.Analysis and comparison of the management model of college student apartments,the author clearly landscape features college student apartment property management for hosted mode,but also with the landscape characteristics of the apartment on the basis of such modes,student government organizations building establish humane networking community,focused on equipped with the landscaping team and the team’s of the security assertion.
