摘　　要：建立了有常数输入且带隔离项的传染病模型,分析了模型的平衡点及稳定性,得到阈值R0的表达式.通过对阈值的分析,提出防治传染病的隔离措施,其中采取隔离措施的时间及强度是控制疫情的关键.Consider a SIQS epidemiological model with quarantine and constant immigration and carried out a detail theoretical analysis for the above-mentioned model.Threshold conditions whether or not the disease is extinct and the complete results of global stability are obtained.According to the complete results of global stability obtained,then proposed the strategy of controlling epidemic disease by increasing conversion rate from infectors to isolated persons,or the ratio of isolated persons inputted.
