摘　　要：面向区域经济建设要求开展人才培养模式改革是高职教育的本质要求与高职教育特色的具体体现。本文从人才培养定位、(方案)标准、条件、运行、评价五个方面,构建了面向鄱阳湖生态经济区建设需要的高职土建类人才培养模式,以期对高职人才培养模式改革有所探索。Requirements to personnel training model reform is a concrete manifestation of the characteristics of the essential requirement of vocational education and higher vocational education oriented regional economic development.Through talent training positioning,personnel training standards,personnel training conditions,personnel training operation,and personnel training evaluation,model of civil engineering personnel training was exploted in this article for the construction of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone in the need of vocational training model,in order to explore the right higher vocational talents reform of the training model.
