摘　　要：从实证角度对高校学报与学科建设的关系进行探讨是一个值得关注的新视角。为此,研究选取了曾被评为全国特色栏目的浙江省7家学报的特色栏目进行调查分析,并在此基础上提出:要依托高校各级重点学科,设置学报特色栏目;要向重点学科人才倾斜,培养青年作者队伍;要积极向外拓宽稿源,带动校内学科发展,真正建立学报与学科建设的良性互动关系。Exploring the relationship between the journals and disciplinary constructions in universities empirically is a new research perspective worthy of close attention. Thus,this analysis samples seven featured columns from journals of Zhejiang universities,which were once honored as the Nation-Wide Featured Col- umns. Based on the analysis, the paper proposes several measures to establish optimum interactions between journals and disciplinary constructions ： depending on the key disciplines of all levels in the universities to set up featured columns accordingly ;inclining to the talents of key disciplines to develop teams of young authors, and opening up the paper sources off campus to promote the development of campus disciplines.
