摘　　要：考查近七八十年心理学的相关研究 ,使我们看到 ,创造力是人才结构中最重要的因素。而培养青年学生的创造力 ,就必须了解创造能力及其结构。创造力是产生新颖而有价值成果的能力 ,它由创造性个性和发散思维等成分构成。笔者还构建了培养青年学生创造力的模式 ,即创设障碍 ,激发奋斗 ,引导发散 ,体验灵感 ;主张用综合指标编制创造力测验 。From the psychological view, the author disserts the essentiality of developing young student creativity, the theory of development, the way of development and the performance evaluation about development. He also establishes a model of developing student creativity which are: setting barrier, motivating struggle, guiding divergence and experiencing inspiration.
