摘  要:目的通过调查医学本科生对肿瘤知识的掌握,评估既往肿瘤相关知识的教学成效,为肿瘤临床教学提供改进的依据。方法纳入四、五年级医学本科生68人进行问卷调查,五份调查问卷总计有25个问题;调查问卷内容包含肿瘤防治、肿瘤化疗与放疗、肿瘤姑息治疗等相关问题;将收集到的问卷资料录入计算机,建立数据库,应用SPSS13.0统计软件进行数据分析;对问卷所涉及的25个问题分别计算回答正确率并汇总比较。结果肿瘤预防相关知识如吸烟与肿瘤绝大多数学生能够了解(85.29%),但对相对专业的知-识如癌前病变、巴氏涂片检查则未能达到超过半数的掌握;而肿瘤的三级预防掌握却极为匮乏(平均知晓率为4.41%),仅有1/3的学生对化疗相关知识和三阶梯止痛原则有所了解,几乎有90%的学生对于肿瘤的放射治疗适应证不明了。结论对肿瘤学相关知识的掌握存在教学课程设置和学生认识态度的不足,应当在医学本科教育中建立一个统一完善的肿瘤教学模块。Objective To assess the effect of the previous tumor - related knowledge education by the investigation within the medical undergraduates, and then to provide a basis for the improvement of cancer clinical teaching. Methods The 68 four or five year medical under- graduates were investigated by five questionnaires comprised of a total of 25 questions. Survey contents included cancer prevention, cancer chemo- therapy or radiotherapy, and oncology palliative care. The questionnaire data were collected and written in computer to establish a database. SPSS13.0 statistical software was used for the data analysis. The rate of correct answers of 25 questions was calculated and summarize respectively. Results Cancer prevention knowledge, such as smoking could be grasped by the major of students ( 85.29% ). But relatively specialized knowl- edge, such as precancerous lesions and PAP test, half of the students failed to understand. The three - grade prevention of tumor was none to un- derstand (average awareness rate of 4.41% ). Only 1/3 of the students learned the chemotherapy -related knowledge and three -step analgesic ladder principle. Almost 90% of the students was unknown for the tumor radiotherapy indications. Conclution It is inadequate in the curricu- lum arrangement and student attitude for the ontology learning. It should establish a uniform tumor teaching module in undergraduate medical edu- cation.
