高校青年教师服务应急管理与学生发展的途径研究

摘　　要：青年教师作为我国高校教师队伍的重要力量日渐成为学校各项事业中的生力军。让高校青年教师在学校公共服务和学生突发事件中发挥更有效的作用,更为深入地融入学校公共服务工作中对目前我国高校发展和青年教师成长是一项双赢的探索。本文从高校公共服务和突发事件的内涵和特点入手,根据青年教师的特点,探析青年教师在应对高校突发事件工作中的重要作用,并从青年教师和学生共同成长的角度提出了青年教师融入高校公共服务和突发事件的有效途径和对策。As an important part for university teachers in China, university young teachers have gradually become vital force in various undertakings. In order to integrate into school public service work more deeply, university young teachers should play a more effective role in the public service of school and students incidents. It is a win-win exploration for our young teachers growth and university development. This paper starts from the connotation and characteristics of the university public service and emergencies, analyses the important role university young teachers should play in university emergencies based on their own characters, and introduces effective approaches and countermeasures on how universities young teachers can integrate into the college public service and emergencies from the perspective of the growth of both young teachers and students.
