摘　　要：随着知识经济潮流的到来 ,知识管理这个概念已经越来越为许多企业熟知。但是 ,在作为培养管理人才的基地———管理学院中 ,人们对知识管理以及为学生开设知识管理课程的认识水平不一。本文从国际管理教育发展趋势入手 ,对管理学院的职责以及知识管理本身的特点进行了探讨 ,论述了为管理类专业学生开设知识管理课程的必要性和紧迫性 ,并且提出了知识管理课程所应包含的主要内容和授课导向等方面的建议。With the development of knowledge-based economy, more enterprises know of the concept of knowledge management But in management schools, where managing personnel are cultivated, people do not ubiquitously regard knowledge management and the need of relating coursesThis paper introduces the trend of international instruction first, then discusses the management schools duties and the characteristics of knowledge management After that, the paper suggests to establish of knowledge management courses and gives advice on the contents and instruction orintations
