摘　　要：阐述知识是企业最基本、最重要的资源 ,知识性是企业经营管理工作的基本性质和内在逻辑。企业经营管理工作的知识性对企业经营管理工作具有如下启示 :全面、系统、严格地培养企业经营者 ;分别设立企业主管和信息主管官员 ;改善经营者的激励报酬机制 ;建立完善企业内部治理机构和组织体系。Knowledge is the most basic and most important resource of an enterprise. Knowledgeability is the basic nature and internal logic of the management and administration of an enterprise. The knowledgeability in the management and administration of enterprises suggests that enterprise managers receive comprehensive, systematic and strict training, the positions of CEO and CIO be established, bonus mechanism for enterprise managers be improved and internal structure and organization system in enterprise be perfected.
