摘　　要：随着医学遗传学的飞速发展，在线人类孟德尔遗传数据库（onlineMedelianinherit—anceinman，OMIM）越来越彰显其在医学遗传学教学中的必要性。采用“课堂教学＋撰写综述＋课堂讨论”方式开展“OMIM查询与应用”教学，不仅确保学生获取知识的先进性和及时性，也极大地激发了其自主学习和独立思考能力。With the rapid development of medical genetics, online Medelian inheritance in man （OMIM） manifests a more and more important role in medical genetics teaching. Using the educa- tional form combining ＇ classroom teaching, review writing and seminar＇ , ＇ Query and use of OM1M ＇ was introduced into the education of medical genetics. Reality practice revealed that this educational practice maintained advanced and timely status of knowledge and deeply activated self-studying and in- dependent thinking ability of students.
