摘　　要：文章将虚拟企业作为研究对象,以生命周期理论为基础,阐述了虚拟企业知识管理能力的内涵,并以此解析了虚拟企业在不同生命阶段中知识管理能力的具体构成,进而探讨了虚拟企业知识管理能力演化的过程,为进一步研究和评价虚拟企业知识管理能力提供一定的参考。Taking the virtual enterprise as the object of study, and based on the lifecycle theory, this article describes the connotation of the virtual enterprise knowledge management capability, and based on this analyzes the specific composition of the knowledge management capability of the virtual enterprise at different life stages. The article further discusses the evolutional process of the virtual enterprise knowledge management capability, and provides certain references for the further study and evaluation of the virtual enterprise knowledge management capability.
