摘　　要：学风建设是高等院校的核心与灵魂,它是一项系统工程,需要高校内部各个部门乃至全社会的共同努力,其中作为学生管理一线的工作者,辅导员发挥着举足轻重的作用。本文从辅导员的角度出发,探讨其在学风考风建设乃至宿舍安全管理中的工作策略。The study atmosphere building is the heart and soul of the institutions of higher learning. It is a systematic project, which needs joint effects from each department of the university and all over the world. As the front-line workers of the student manage- ment, counselors play a pivotal role in the study atmosphere. From the counselors＇ point of view, this paper discussed the strat- egy of the study atmosphere building and dormitory management.
