摘　　要：大学班主任是学生灵魂的工程师,作为大学校园里最基层的管理者,面对当前大学生自我意识增强、心理承受能力脆弱的实际,如何让当代大学生在大学校园里健康成长,做一名称职的班主任,作者认为应当从以下三个方面考虑:要具备关心爱护学生的美德;要狠抓教育管理工作的落实;要精心培养大胆使用班干部。Teacher is an engineers of the student＇s soul in Univer- sities. As the most basic level managers in the university campus, in the face of current college students self-awareness, the actual fragile mental endurance, then how to make the heahhy growth of contemporary college students on college campuses, and a com- petent teacher. Author consider the following three aspects： the virtue of concern and care for students, pay close attention to the implementation of the education management, carefully cultivate and use of the class leadership.
