摘  要:研究生辅导员和导师作为研究生思想政治教育的共同主体,合力育人具有理论和现实的双重意义。文章从分析"合力"的概念入手,探讨了合力育人对于思想政治工作的重要性。意识上的忽视、制度不配套、评价考核体系偏颇、队伍配置问题等造成了导师和辅导员合力育人的困境。积极建构统合机制、队伍融合机制、互补机制、及时反馈机制、考核激励机制等能有效促进研究生辅导员与导师的合力育人。As the common subject of the ideological and political education of graduate students, it takes great effect if the graduate student counselor and mentor cooperate together. Starting with the concept of "resultant of forces", the thesis discusses the im- portance of "combining education" to the ideological and political work. The neglect, system do not support, appraisal system for biased, team configuration cause the dilemma for the cooperation. We should construct the integration mechanism, fdedback mech- anism, evaluation mechanism, incentive mechanism to promote the cooperation of the graduate counselor and mentor.
