摘 要:目的对北美圆柏与侧柏挥发性成分的体外抑菌活性进行对比分析。方法采用《中国药典》附录ⅩD甲法提取二者的挥发性成分,测定其出油率。以滤纸片扩散法进行抗菌试验,再以倍半稀释法测定二者挥发性成分的最低抑菌浓度。结果最低抑菌浓度实验中,北美圆柏挥发性成分对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌和酿酒酵母的抑菌活性优于侧柏,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌活性与侧柏相当,对黑曲霉的抑菌活性不及侧柏。结论北美圆柏和侧柏挥发性成分对常见细菌有较强抑菌活性。Objective To make a comparative analysis on the vitro antibacterial activity of the volatile components between Sabina virginiana and Platycladus orientalis.Method Extracted the volatile components by the means of CP Chinese Appendix ⅩD,and measured their oil yield.The antibacterial activity was measured by filter-papered disc diffusion method,and the minimum inhibitory concentrations were evaluated by half times dilution method.Result The antibacterial activity on Escherichia coli,Salmonella and Saccharomyces cerevisiae of S.virginiana were exceeded to be greater than P.orientalis,were similar to P.orientalis on Staphyloccocus aureus,while less effective on Aspergillus niger.Conclusion The volatile components of S.virginiana and P.orientalis have strong antibacterial activity against such common bacteria.
