试论高校教学管理与行政管理关系的有效协调

摘　　要：21世纪以来,由于企业组织的管理理论在一定程度上引发了大学管理研究的发展变化与研究改革浪潮。目前,追求良好的教育管理效果,提高大学办学管理质量,成为各国高等教育改革的目标,要积极应对高等教育管理体制改革,战略管理就是一种必然的现实选择。基于此,从教学管理与行政管理两个方面出发进行论证与比较,以期促进整体教学水平与管理水平的提高,进而为提高我国的高等教育质量提供借鉴。Since 21st century,management theory in enterprise organization gives rise to the development change and research reform trend of university management research to some degree.Currently,pursuit of good educational management effect to improve university management quality has become the goal of higher education reform.Strategic management is an inevitable and realistic option in order to actively respond to higher education system reform.Therefore,this paper makes discussion and comparison from education management and administrative management in order to promote the improvement of the overall education and management level and provide reference for the improvement of our country＇s higher education management.
