摘  要:作为大学英语教学的重要组成部分,大学英语后续教学是学生完成从学习阶段过渡到实际应用阶段的有效途径,是大学英语学习四年不断线的保证。然而,目前我国大学英语后续教学的发展受到诸多因素的制约。需求分析理论是外语教学的重要基础。为了真正提高大学英语后续教学效果,应该针对社会和学生的实际需求,在教学管理、课程设置、教学方法、师资培训等方面采取相应的措施,逐步构建起基于需求分析的大学英语后续教学模式。As an essential part of college English teaching, follow-up college English teaching effectively helps students complete the transition from the phase of English language learning to that of the practical application of English language and ensures the implementation of continuous four-year college English learning. However, the development of follow-up coUege English teaching is restricted by a lot of factors. Needs Analysis Theory is an important foundation of foreign language teaching. In order to improve the effects of English teaching in jun- ior and senior years and meet the demands of society and students, some measures must be taken to deal with the existing problems in teaching administration, curriculum design, teaching methods, teachers' training, etc. It' s highly necessary and urgent that we construct a follow-up college English teaching model based on Needs Analysis Theory.
