摘  要:通过对杭州下沙高教园区部分高校的相关调查,分析高校保卫人员群体工作满意度、人口变量与离职倾向之间的关系.认为学历的高低直接影响工作满意度,进而影响高校保卫人员离职倾向.其中男性的离职倾向要高于女性,但是在同样的满意度情况下,男性与女性的离职倾向并无显著差异.随着年龄的增长,保卫人员的离职倾向逐步降低,离职倾向与年龄呈U型曲线关系.研究结果对稳定高校保卫人员群体有一定借鉴作用.This paper reports on an empirical study on the job satisfaction of university security personnel, and research of the relationship between demographic variables and turnover intention. Research shows that, the level of education is an important factor of the impact of college security personnel turnover intention, and degree has a direct effect on job satisfac- tion, turnover intention. On the whole, th turnover intention of male is higher than women, but in the same satisfaction ea- ses, male and female have no significant difference in turnover intention. Along with the growth of the age, turnover of the security personnel decreased gradually, but in the same job satisfaction, turnover intention and age was U type curve. Turnover tendency of those who have worked about 3 to 5 years is higher than any other age group.
