摘　　要："石排教育模式"具有受惠者覆盖时间的广泛性、受惠对象的特定性、政策实施的政府驱动性、操作方法的简单性等特点。作为基层政府在公共政策领域实施的一项重要改革,是支持教育的一种模式,也是一种创新发展、创新分配的模式,对我国教育的发展乃至社会的公平正义建设均具有积极的启示作用。Shipai Education Mode has its specific characteristics such as extensive covered time on beneficiaries, speciality from object, the implementation of the policy of government driving, simple operation method etc. As an important reform of the grass-roots government in the implementation of public policy, it is not only a kind of mode to support education, but also an innova- tive development and distribution pattern, which plays an active role on the construction of development as well as social equity and justice in our country＇ s education.
