摘　　要：期刊信息服务的网络环境由联机目录、电子版文摘索引数据库、全文型电子期刊和网络化文献传递服务四个层次构成，它们将信息及信息检索系统动态地组织联合起来，形成了动态透明的信息环境。在这种环境下，广泛、丰富的各类信息资源和众多的检索传递手段能够方便地提供到用户面前，信息利用的地理、机构、工具等限制将被迅速打破，将高校期刊信息服务的范围和能力从具体资源和实际物理机构中解放出来，渗透到整个动态信息环境中。因此，网络环境下高校期刊信息服务的形式集成化、服务对象社会化、服务内容丰富化、服务方式多样化。信息的可存取性和参考咨询工作的质量则是评价服务效益的最重要指标。The network environment of journal information services is composed of four parts——online catalog, E- journal abstracting and indexing databases,whole-length E -journal and services Of the networking document passing. They make the information and information index system together dynamically. Thus a dynamic and crystal information environment is forming. In such environment users can be provided with broad rich information resources and numerous index transfer means expediently. The limits of information using geography,frame facility can be broken rapidly. The bounds and abilities of academic journal information services may be liberated from the material resources and actual physical frames. They will sink in the whole dynamic information environment. So in the networking environment the forms of journal information services are integration. The serving matter is rich, and the served objects are socialized;the serving matter is rich, and the serving manner is diversified. The quality of information accessing and reference counseling is the important guideline of the information serving benefit.
