摘 要:建立了蕃茄、苹果汁、凉茶、米粉、蜂蜜和牛奶中氟虫酰胺、氯虫酰胺、烯啶虫胺、吡虫啉、虫酰肼和抑食肼6种新型农药的UPLC-MS/MS测定方法。蕃茄、凉茶样品用乙腈和乙酸乙酯混合溶剂提取;蜂蜜和米粉样品先用水溶解后再用混合溶剂提取;牛奶样品用乙腈提取;苹果汁样品高速离心后取上层清液。待测液在正离子模式下用电喷雾电离-串联质谱仪测定,方法检出限范围为0.01~2μg/kg。在20μg/kg和160μg/kg 2个质量分数水平进行加标回收实验,平均回收率在68.4%~129%之间。方法准确、高效,适合该6种食品基质中6种农药残留的测定。An UPLC-MS/MS method was developed for simultaneous determination of flubendiamide, chlorantraniliprole, nitenpyram, imidaeloprid, tebufenozide, RH5849 in foods. Tomato and herbal tea samples were extracted with mixed solvent of aeetonitrile and ethyl acetate ( V: V = 4 : 1 ). Honey samples and rice flour samples were dissolved by water and then extracted with mixed solvent of acetonitrile and ethyl acetate. Milk samples were extracted by acetonitrile. Apple juice samples were centrifuged then tested. Reverse phase UPLC-tandem mass operated under positive ion mode was employed to analyze the compounds. The detection limits were from 0.01 μg/kg to 2 μg/kg. The average recoveries were from 68.4% to 129% at the spiked levels of 20 μg/kg and 160μg/kg. It was an accurate and effective method to determinate the six new pesticides in foods.
