摘 要:目的了解不同年级、专业医学生对"卓越医学人才培养方案"的认知情况。方法采用随机抽样方法,选取上海交通大学医学院大二以上不同专业的本科生和研究生共550名作为调研对象,运用秩和检验方法比较和分析不同专业、不同年级学生在认知上的差异。结果在知识标准认知方面,高年级学生认为"人文社会科学知识"比较重要,医学相关专业学生认为"公共卫生知识"比较重要;在能力标准认知方面,不同年级段学生对"信息管理能力"、"外语能力"、"自主学习和终身学习的能力"的重要性认知存在差异,不同专业的学生对"外语能力"的重要性认知存在差异;在人格养成标准认知方面,不同年级、专业医学生差异均无统计学意义。结论应加强高年级学生人文社科知识的熏陶和外语能力的提高;根据不同类别医学人才培养的特点,因"专"施教,造就各类卓越医学人才。Objectives To explore the current situation of medical students" cognition on the Preeminent Medical Talents Training Programs(PMTTP) in different grades and majors. Methods Questionnaires were used for inves- tigating 550 the-second-yea^or-over undergraduates and postgraduates in different majors in Medical School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The samples were gained by random sampling. Comparing the different cognition on the criteria of preeminent medical talents of students from various majors and grades, with the method of count- ing scores and the Rank-sum test. Results For the cognition of knowledge criteria, among different grades and ma- jors, the senior students put more emphasis on "humanities and social science knowledge', while students of other medicine-related majors, paid more attention to "public health science'. In the aspect of competency standards, the cognition of students from different grades was significantly different in 'information management capability', 'foreign language skills', ~autonomous and lifelong learning ability', and students in different majors had different cognition on'foreign language skill'. Meanwhile, Students had no discrepancy in all personality development standards. Cone|usions Senior students ~ edification in 'humanities and social science knowledge' should be strengthened and "Foreign language skills~ should be improved. Besides, according to different requirements and characteristics of students in different majors, it is important to take appropri- ate methods respectively to ensure the quality of different kinds of preeminent medical talents.
