八年制医学生心理压力特点研究

摘　　要：目的对八年制医学生的心理压力特点进行研究,为制定针对性的教学与管理措施提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取广州市某大学八年制医学专业第一到第八学年共304名学生进行问卷调查,问卷分为一般情况调查表和大学生心理压力问卷。结果八年制医学生普遍存在压力感。八年制医学生心理压力的重要原因依次为学习、生活、自我发展与择业和社交压力。不同年级、性别、户籍、家庭收入的八年制医学生心理压力差异有统计学意义。结论八年制临床医学生心理压力感较大,与学年、性别、户籍、家庭收入等因素密切相关,应高度重视,采取有效措施,缓解其心理压力。Objectives To research on characteristic of eight-year program medical students, psychological pres- sure, and to provide bases for improvements teaching and management. Methods Randomly stratified method was used to select 304 students of 1~8 grades in a certain university in Guangzhou. They were investigated with General Situation Questionnaire and College Students＂ Psychological Stress Questionnaire. Results Eight-year program medical students generally had stress. And the important causes were learning stress, life stress, self development, employment pressure and social pressure in proper order. There were differences in psychological pressure among different grades, gender, origin, family income for eight-year program medical students＇. Conclusions Eight-year program medical students＇ psychological stress are great and are related with gender, origin, family income and oth- er factors, we should take seriously highly and take effective measures, to alleviate the students＂ psychological pres- sure.
