摘　　要：教师评价是高校人事管理制度的重要组成部分,分层分类评价体现了高职院校教师队伍建设开始进入了岗位分析的较高层次。区分教师岗位的类别与类型,形成纵向分类经度;确定各层级指标点,细化横向分层纬度是优化教师评价制度的关键所在,实施中还需要注意指标设计兼顾方向性与专业针对性等问题。Teacher evaluation is an important part of the personnel management system in colleges and universities. The hierarchical classification evaluation reflects that the teacher team construction in higher vocational colleges has come to a higher level of post analysis. To differentiate the categories and types of the teacher posts, forming a vertical classification longitude; and to determine all levels of index points, thinning horizontal stratification latitude, are the keys to optimize the teacher evaluation system. Moreover, in the implementation of the system, consideration should be given to the directivity and professional target of the index design.
