摘　　要：建立由相关方共同参与的第三方人才培养质量评价制度,衡量专业人才培养质量这是国家对高等职业教育的中长期改革和发展规划提出的新要求。从高职教育背景、跟踪毕业生调研分析以及构建第三方评价体系和评估指标等方面,阐述高职院校包装印刷类专业的第三方人才培养质量评价体系,并以天津职业大学包装印刷类专业为例给出了具体的第三方评价体系核心指标及实施建议。Establishing the third-party personnel training quality evaluation system participated by related parties to measure the quality of professional talents training is new requirements proposed by national medium-and long-term vocational education reform and development regulation. The paper elaborates third-party personnel training quality evaluation system of packaging and printing profession in vocational colleges from higher vocational education background, tracking graduate research and analysis as well as building third-party evaluation system and evaluation indicators. Taking packaging and printing profession in Tianjin Vocational Institute as an example, it gives specific third-party evaluation system core indicators and implementation suggestions.
