摘  要:网络教学成为一种新的趋势,而直接影响网络教学的核心是网络教学的资源建设。将自组织理论引入网络教学的资源构建过程中,通过理论研究和方法设计,阐述一种新的资源构建模式:让参与网络学习的学生加入到教学资源的共建共享活动中,通过教学互动促进教学资源的自增长,从而为师生不断提供大量针对性强、形式和内容丰富的教学资源。The network teaching has become a new trend in today's environment, which is directly affected by the network teaching resources construction. This paper brings the self-organization theory into the construction process of network teaching resources, and through theoretical study and design methods, setting out a new resource model: to let the student studying in the network also participate in the co-construction and sharing activities of teaching resources, promote the self-growth of teaching resources by interaction of teaching and learning, so as to provide a large number of highly targeted teaching resources rich in forms and content for teachers and students.
