摘　　要：文章通过分析湖南交通职业技术学院工程机械专业对接长沙工程机械之都,开展订单培养模式改革成功的案例,指出高职院校主动对接区域经济支柱产业,从"培养计划共同商定、教育资源共同享用、教学质量共同监控、学生管理共同参与、学生就业共同跟踪"五个方面与企业深度融合,就能实现企业发展有人才、学生就业有岗位、学院办学有生源。By analyzing engineering machinery major docking the City of engineering machinery in Hunan Communication Polytechnic, and carrying out the case of successful reform of order-orientated training mode, this paper training plan mutual agreement, jointly shared for educational resources, joint monitor of the quality of teaching, student management participation, jointly tracking of student employment, points out that vocational colleges should connect with the regional economic pillar industries, and integrates corporate from training plan mutual agreement, jointly shared for educational resources, joint monitor of the quality of teaching, student management participation, jointly tracking of student employment, which can achieve the corporate development with talents, promotion of student employment and school-running with students.
