摘　　要：摘要通过查阅文献以及结合实际工作经验发现，高校辅导员队伍的组织结构是辅导员职业承诺的重要影响因素。本研究主要是通过分析问卷调查中收集的数据来揭示高校辅导员队伍的组织结构与辅导员职业承诺的相关性，并结合此相关性的研究结果提出高校辅导员队伍建设的几点建议。Through literature, and combined with practical work experience, the organizational structure of the college counselors Counselors commitment important factors. This study is revealed through the analysis of the data collected in the survey to the organizational structure of the team of college counselors and counselor career commitment, combined with related research results, proposed some suggestions to college counselors.
