摘　　要：论述了信息素质教学团队的内涵,从4个方面介绍了中国高校进行信息素质教育的方式。结合知识管理理论,指出利用网络资源、构建教师知识地图和知识库、建立教师专业共同体等3种信息素质管理策略,最后提出信息素质教学团队建设的4种知识管理措施。This paper discusses the connotation of information literacy teaching team and introduces university information literacy education way from four aspects in China. Under the theory of knowledge management it points out three information quality management strategy -- the use of network resources, constructing knowledge map and knowledge base, establishing teacher professional community. Finally, the paper puts forward four kinds of knowledge manage- ment measures of teaching team.
