摘　　要：以北京交通大学为例,对高校实验技术队伍现状及实验技术队伍建设方面存在的问题进行了剖析。提出了以岗位管理为契机,科学设岗、明确职责、按岗聘用,建立事业编制与非事业编制相结合、专职与兼职相结合的灵活的实验技术人员聘用机制,完善适应岗位特点的职务晋升机制和考核评价机制的实验技术队伍建设思路。The experimental technical team plays a more and more important role in the cultivation of innovative talents. This paper analyzes the current situation and the existing problems of the experimental technical team in colleges and universities, then proposes to take post management as key chance to strengthen the construction of experimental technical team, and puts forward some countermeasures.
